Having read Neuropath, by Scott Bakker, when it was released late last year, I’ve been giving a lot of thought to Cog Psy things. The concept of free will has always interested me, and I’m not entirely sure where exactly I stand with regards to The Argument, but it’s something that I find quite inspiring.
Which leads me neatly (or not so neatly really) to this great lecture by Scott Bakker.
If you haven’t read Neuropath, it’s well worth the read, not only for the Cog Psy stuff, but just because the story is just rather good.
