Yeah, I’ve somehow managed to get myself a job, I’ll be working as a photographer for SoonNight. Really looking forward to my first event next thursday, it’s going to be at Corsica Studios (one of my favourite venues) and Richard Devine will be headlining (one of my favourite IDM producers).

Here’s hoping it all goes well.

It’s been snowing all day, got a good half foot so far, and no sign of it letting up any time soon, which is just great. Haven’t seen a good amount of snow like this for a few years, just surprised it’s happening in England and not Germany.

Still writing up about Berlin, so I’ll have that posted up within the next few days.

Haven’t posted anything for a little while, everything’s going well.

My laptop managed to die on me for a few weeks, something to do with a fucked up security program by Securitoo, the cunts.

I bought myself a used Wacom Intuos tablet on ebay but it doesn’t appear to be working, which is a right bummer, seeing as I’d like to use it for some work I need to do. Guess I’ll have to stick to a mouse for now. Speaking of which, I bought some new toys over christmas, a great Seagate portable drive, that runs purely on USB power thankfully and a great Razer pro|solution mousemat. It makes a hell of a lot of difference, using a desk sucked, but I think I’m going to need to get a wrist wrest, the metal edge isn’t exactly comfortable.

I’m wanting to get back into photography again, it’s been a long time since I was really into it, and I’ve got a few ideas for some interesting shots. I’d love to get my hands on an IR modifided camera, a D40 or something cheap like that, just so I can play around with it.

Speaking of which, I need to find a decent way to incorporate a gallery into my website, I’d like to avoid using tables if at all possible but I might have to use them, on the lookout for some good open source stuff but otherwise I guess I can just do it all manually. I’d also like to get a shop interfae eventually, OScommerce has an appaling interface, and BigCartel charges, so neither of those is very good really.

Anyway, back to work for me.
